Central Silk Board (CSB) is a Statutory body established in 1948 by an Act of Parliament.It is working under the administrative control of Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and headquartered in Bangalore.Central Silk Board has issued a notification for the recruitment of Scientist- C, B, Assistant (Technical) Vacancy. • Age Limit Not Exceeding for S.Lo 1: 40 Years

Pay Matrix:

1. Scientist  C : Pay matrix will be level 11 as per 7th CPC
2. Scientist  B : Pay matrix will be level 10 as per 7th CPC
3. Assistant Technical : Pay matrix will be level 6 as per 7th CPC

Candidates can apply online as well as send the Hardcopy with all enclosures. Candidates will liable to be placed any where in India. 

1.  Candidates can apply online on official site.
2.  Each candidate should apply to only one specialisation of his/her choice in each cadre .Multiple applications from the same candidate for different specialisations in the same cadre will be rejected and Board's decision shall be final.
3. Applicants serving under Government/Semi-Govemment/Public Sector Undertakings must apply through proper channel. In addition to the above, a 'NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE' from the employer shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of interview which is essential.
4. The candidates are advised to submit the Online Application well in advance without  waiting for the closing date.
5. After submitting the Online Application, the candidates are required to take out a print out of the finally submitted Online Application (With Application Number)
